Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.No refund/ reversals/ cancellation will be offered on mobile recharges, pan application DMT processed on wrong Details
2.If the transaction has been processed by DTH operators; it can be transferred to right VC number or can be reversed as facilitated by DTH operators provided that the complaint booked within 24 hours.
3.Part cancellation in DTH operator will not be accepted.
4.Unused balance in HDS wallet is not transferable.
5.No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete details and / or reversal details and thereupon requests failed by operators/departmen
6.Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following services shall not be eligible for refund/ replacement /reversals / Cancellation viz: Any cellular operator recharges, Pan Card Application, ITR and GST registration, Postpaid recharge, Landline bills that wrongly paid, Electricity bills and so on.
7.HDS reserves right to change, modify commission structure without prior notice.
